So, I am intrigued with what people are commenting on and what they are not on my blog. I recently ranted about a news headline and my Andy Rooney type opinion on the subject and NOTHIN'. No comments, except Karri to comment on the tumble weeds blowing in the comment section. This isn't the only "Tumbleweeds Beware Area".
They were certainly blowing on my rant on Feminism too. Now on the what I would like to call "People Magazine" entries, comments, comments, comments....

I think if your topic covers too much philosophical territory to tackle in one little comment box, some people (like me) might opt for silence. But many others are just not as interested in matters of substance as they are in things like, oh, "American Idol" or their own bellybutton lint.
If I had a strong opinion I would have commented. I didn't about that particular topic. But I think people eithre a. aren't sure how you would take a differing opinion or b. like to take the "why can't everybody just get along" approach and find a happy place.
I say post whatever you like! I try to do the same but still have to be careful - as my family reads it and they tend to not enjoy differing opinions than their own.
So to keep Keith happy I keep it on the down low and throw a bone every once in a while. But if I tip toe on a subject the tumbleweeds roll across my blog too!
My family knows I have the blog, but I don't think they read it.
They would not agree with my opinions.
: )
I really enjoy your blog. I feel like with the ages of our children being similar and our ages being close, that I can relate to a lot of what you write about.
Thanks, I enjoy reading yours too..
I think I left a billion comments last time I was there : )
