It is official. Lily is potty trained. (SHHHHHH, don't say it too loud because "they" will hear and it will jinx us... you know the Karma Gods). I am DIAPER FREE. No more poop smell in the garage from dirty diapers, no more Costco Kirkland 29.99 giant box of diapers. No more baby wipes. I am FREE.....................
Last Sunday, January 21, 2007. Lily was placed in underwear. She cried about the potty, but went. She had all the bladder control in the world. In fact we nicknamed her "the camel". She would go 2 times a day. She was asking to have her diaper changed. It was time. She had 2 poop accidents this week and 1 pee accident. I have taken her to Kroger in underwear, we went to the mall and to a restaurant Friday. No accidents. She peed at the restaurant and at the mall in the potty... and SHE tells ME when she has to go. I don't remind, tell her or anything.
So in 1 week.. she did it.
I am so happy because I have still NOT recovered from potty training Jude. That took, I kid you not, 5 months. He was even a little older. It was 5 months before he didn't have a lot of accidents. And sometimes he still does.
So in conclusion......................Girls have more control. WE KNEW IT!

That is soo exciting. How old is she now? It took us forever with Sean Michael. He was not interested in giving up his Pull-Ups. He was almost 4 when he transitioned.
I hope Brady goes quickly.
Lily is 2 1/2 now, she was so easy.
Jude wasn't either and he still wears pullups at night.
