The kids only have 1 and 1/2 weeks left in school. I can't believe Jude will be finished with Kindergarten and start 1st grade in the fall. It seems like last week, I put him on the bus for the first time!
I am glad school is almost over! I am ready for summer activities, the pool, Kings Island, and not having to get up at 7 a.m. to get Jude out of the door at 7:55.
Bring on summer! I am also looking forward to our trip to NYC in July. We decided to spend a week there visiting the city and our dear friends, The Cynovas!
They have already sent us a care package with all of the best places around our vacation neighborhood to visit/eat. (They should start a business).
We are going to have a great time, mostly because of them. They are great hosts and the adults and the kids love them.
I have some past due pictures of the last visit Angel had (Tim couldn't come.. but he would have been right there with us participating in our activities).
The kids LOVE their visits, mainly because they indulge the kids so much! Jude and Lily have deemed them, the favorite visitors.

We can't WAIT for the BENDER family to arrive. I have to be honest, when people ask "What are you up to this summer?" I reply, "Well the Benders are coming to NYC." So now that all of NYC knows you are coming, GET READY for some fun!! Glad you got the package, tee hee!

You are right. Kindgergarten flew by so quickly. Sean's last day is FRIDAY!
While I am sad that it went so quickly I am really looking forward to the break from homework and packing lunches.
Have fun in NYC. We were up there a couple of weekends ago and talked about how fun it would be to comeback with the boys one day.
