I love watching the finale of The Biggest Loser to see the transformations. I love a good magazine with before and after photos of people who have worked hard to lose weight.
You should check out this blog, Mr. and Mrs. Get Fit, where the couple bears it all to show you their ongoing success. Everyone loves a success story, especially when it is inspiring, well written, and done with some humor!

Am I wrong or did you not have an Obama thingy up in the top right corner? I see that it's Hillary now. Maybe I'm imagining things. I probably shouldn't have dropped acid at lunch today.

BTW I AM addicted to the biggest loser(usually while drinking wine and eating carbs) and I loved their Blog. Yet another that sucked me in....good for them!

Now that you mention it, I do remember your Edwards banner a while back. Not just a flipper, but a tri-flipper. Who's next, Ron Paul, or maybe Nader?
ps...New York City in July. Might as well keep the trend of getting up there each summer. That would be fun. I'll see if I can't work that out.
