Holiday Blur

This holiday week went by so fast. It hardly seemed like we had 4 days off together.

I will miss my time spent with Jason and the kids. I was sad to see Jason go off to work (I am on vacation this week) and not so sad to send the kids off to school. The kids were basket cases of misbehavior by the end of the weekend. Too many late nights to bed and not enough structure is why I met the school bus and preschool line with a smile this morning.

And on this rainy afternoon.. they are both napping. : )

We enjoyed our family time on Thanksgiving, some shopping, a few parties, and our most enjoyable visit from the Cynovas.

Angel and Tim came to visit us on their way back from Indiana to NYC. They could have driven back Saturday night and made their trip home a lot easier, but they took the time out to come and stay with us. We loved the visit, we just wish we had more time.

They are great sports. Tim was awakened by Jude visiting him and trying to visit Angel in the bathroom. (uhh yeah, they don't have kids). That makes them even greater sports for these early morning visits! They spoil the kids with gifts, (and us).

Thanks for stopping! We enjoyed the visit!

I am right there with you about it flying by. It was so nice to have that uninterrupted time with the fam. Like your children, by yesterday evening the boys were so "over" each other. I was constantly having to tell them to play nice.
