Mother's Day

I had a wonderful Mother's Day. I hope that you did too. We didn't go anywhere special or do anything out of the ordinary, and that is just fine with me. I slept in a little and proceeded about my day. Jason cooked me dinner and cleaned up, and we all spent the day together. (we ditched his family celebration : ) we don't need to do every holiday together... )

Jude's class made a All About Mom book at school. The teachers asked the kids questions about their moms and some of the kid's answers were in the book. One question was "Where did you mom and dad meet? Jude answers "at a hotel". Now they only chose 5 kid's answers for that category.. and they chose to print his.. HMMM .. I wonder why? When I read that, I was in TEARS I was laughing so hard.

A hotel.. I don't even know if he knows what a hotel is... funny.. did I have the red light on?

I really LOVE these gifts. I now understand what parents meant when they said how much they loved these gifts. They are so special.
