6?

Jude turned 6 on July 9th. I looked at pictures that day of his birth. It just is so surreal that it has been six years since that day. I remember being so scared that they let us leave the hospital with him, with no baby manual. And six years later here we are still raising him, clueless. He is getting so big. He is learning to read, sort of coming into his own identity by choosing things he says "I am into", like transformers, rearranging his room, drawers and closet.. how he likes it. A new found independence, but yet he is still dependent on us and so innocent. I cherrish these days. Jason was out of town for his real birthday so we had 3 of his friends over to go play laser tag (his choice after his cousin had this birthday) and then the next day we celebrates with Jason and my mom as Jude wanted. He wanted to go to Fridays for dinner for the ice cream sunday they give you on your birthday, and the singing. He picked it. Here is a video clip from it. SO cute.
