You're Killing Me

I support the writers' strike. But, it is killing me. I watch mundane, trash TV. Let's just say I am an avid watcher of The Real World, The Real World/Road Rules Challenge, and even The Girls Next Door sometimes. However, our Tivo also includes; The Office, 30 Rock, Family Guy, and The New Adventures of Old Christine. Because of the writers' strike, there are more and more stupid shows popping up. Like the battle of dancers? I guess that is a new version of Dancing With The Stars? Like that show isn't horrible enough that we need a lesser version?
Anywho.
In the evening when I watch TV, I don't want to be channel surfing with dissapointment. So, I have now joined Netflicks where I can immediately watch movies on the computer and it is unlimited for $8.99 a month. That beats Pay Per View.
And you know what is even better?
I can watch them on TV, through the Wii.
It doubles as an internet browser.
Bumbumbumbum....
So writers.... I hope you get your deal. Until then, I am ditching prime time television. I will not watch fat couples lose weight, stars dance their hearts out, or choirs compete for charity.

We just rejoined NetFlicks, too. Although I was a little disappointed with the Instant movie selection, you can't beat the price. We went with the $4.98 per month package.
